The story
Understand the problem fully before recommending anything.
Before real estate I worked in engineering consulting, where a recommendation had to survive scrutiny from the people who would act on it. The method was simple: gather the data, model the options, name the risks, then advise. I brought it to property because I saw how few people were getting that.
Today I advise sellers, first-time and move-up buyers, investors, presale holders and business owners across eleven cities, from downtown Vancouver to Langley and White Rock. The common thread is a plan grounded in comparable sales and buyer behaviour, explained the way a friend would explain it if that friend happened to be an expert.
Outside client work I write a weekly market note and a monthly report, because informed clients make better decisions.
