This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That includes sufficient colour contrast, full keyboard operation with visible focus, descriptive text for meaningful images, labelled form fields with clear error messages, and respect for your system’s reduced-motion preference, which disables smooth scrolling, parallax and the animated skyline.
Known limitations
- Third-party embeds (booking calendar, map) are governed by their providers’ accessibility practices.
- MLS® listing photographs supplied by other brokerages may arrive without descriptive text; we add descriptions for Merv’s own listings.
